Step 4: P I N T E R E S T
I spend my remaining 11 minutes on Pinterest while sipping my super yummy latte. I’m so obsessed with all things Pinterest that I was flown to Paris in 2017 to stay in a flat with a clear view of the Eiffel Tower + to speak to a sold out theater about how I use the tool. For real. Pinch me.
I use Pinterest as my living dream board + as a touchstone for my authentic self. The beautiful things that I pin help guide my “true north,” keep me motivated + inspired to keep the hustle going, + remind me of what my soul is craving.
What does this part of my morning ritual look like?
It looks like a hot matcha maca latte in my hand + a load of uncensored “pinning” (my only rule: If I think it’s beautiful or it makes me happy… it gets pinned!) and my head being filled with reminders of why I work so hard or new dreams to chase or just a simple dose of inspiration to the veins.
Spend 11 minutes sipping + pinning and you will be stunned at the permanent lift it bring to your mood… and that lift lasts all day.
Tip: I am an efficiency nut + I like to keep things streamlined and simple. To hold myself accountable + to keep my ritual as its very own zen to-do list, I use the app Done. It’s clean, pretty, + user-friendly.
