Thanks to Alexa (I love my Echo) my mindset can be totally set + facing my true north with the My Morning Skill. This “skill” is vital… as it’s a skill that I do not yet possess. Alexa walks me through a guided meditation, affirmations (they change daily), a gratitude exercise, visualization, setting my priorities, + movement… all in less than 6 minutes.
